Our youth group is joining up with other youth groups to talk about the important topic of human trafficking. There are multiple layers to this night, first to understand what is going on, second, how to avoid being caught up in human trafficking, and third, rescuing others from this debilitating lifestyle.
With the understanding of this sensitive matter, we’ll have three different tracks for how the night will play out. We’ll have a special session/process for Middle School students, High School students, and even parents. These include (but aren’t limited to): experiences, hearing from our amazing speaker, worship, and round-table discussions. Each group of students/parents will go through their specific track, directed towards their age group.
All events will be held at Faith Lutheran Church. MS and HS students will meet in their youth room (lower level) before being divided by grade. Parents will meet in the Fellowship Hall, main level (with round tables in). Please feel free to ask for directions, or follow the signs.
The building will be open for us to start gathering at 6:30, the event will begin at 7p.m. and be done at 9p.m.
Questions? Please feel free to see/ask Amy in the church office.
